This co2 detector is just what we needed for a bit of piece of mind. The screen is clear and easy to read. You can flip it so that makes it easier to fit just about anywhere. It looks great as well. I highly recommend it!

Best CO2 Detector on the Market!
This is such an amazing Carbon Monoxide Detector and I love all of the features incorporated into such a small package! I like the colorful display that shows the current levels of detectable gases, as green, yellow or red bars, as well as a digital number count display and a loud audible alarm if dangerous levels rise. Plus, this detector also displays the relative humidity, along with the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The detector is housed in a durable plastic shell and functions exactly as it should.

Yep, no kidding, measures methane (aka vapehs, poots, squashed ducks, flatulence!). Alert devices such as these are a must, and this one from Kalawen detects all the nasty gasses plus reports temperature and humidity. I rest much easier now knowing I'm not actually breathing in the "red alert" toxic air indicated by the fancy high dollar thermostat installed with my HVAC system. It has consistently put out false readings for CO2, VOC's, and humidity, which is not unusual according to my A/C tech. Either way, it doesn't hurt to have a second opinion. The digital readout is as clear as on the site photos, and holding in the A10 button (with the bell icon) flips the display, allowing the unit to be turned upright. I've never had one of this before but it seems to be a great item in order to be able to pick up any kind of unhealthy gas. I'm always afraid of the gas line in our laundry room and I feel confident this will pick up any. It's very easy to use, just plug and play. The screen is readable, the alarm sounds pretty clear and the price is perfect. I would recommend this gas monitor to anyone.

This is a well made, attractive plug in carbon monoxide detector. It also detects gas leaks but I feel that this is far less important as I would probably notice the gas smell anyway. It also provides the room temperature and humidity. The display is colorful and attractive. As a plug in device without battery backup, one should consider that it will be rendered useless in the event of a power failure unless you have a backup generator. My only small gripe is that the device defaults to Celsius and must be reset to Fahrenheit each time it is unplugged. I would highly recommend.
